Application of PE Film Recycling Machine:
Parts contacting with materials in PE PP washing line floating washer is made of stainless steel, stainless and no pollution to the washed materials. Full automatic design needs no adjustment during operation.
It can be making into different length according to different requirement. This device is separate by proportion. It can adjust based on different material, reach to the aim of washing and separate.
PE PP washing line floating washer was widely used in waste plastic washer. It is mainly used for wash and separate plastic bottle, sheet and film. It will separate based on the different density of material.
This machine’s water inlet pipe inter diameter is Ø25, water pressure is 1.5KG, and the water consumption is about 2.5 T/h.
Wet Grinding Unit
This unit is specially designed for PP,PE film, bottle, barrel etc using paddle type blades, which have following characteristics: in-put smoothly and out-put stably, low power consumption, low noise and vibration, strong structure, low maintenance cost. It’s designed by a wet grinding method, which not only using the water impact to enforce the cleanness of PP, PE scraps, also less the blades' suffer. Due to cold water decreased the high temperature which caused by the friction effect, and it’s long lasting the blades’ life too.
Gravity Separation by Water Unit
The smashed flakes are mixed with sands, earth; this unit is using the gravity difference of PP, PE and the contamination, and using water (gravity 1) as a media to let contaminations down and PE, PP floating above the water. This effective will make PP,PE more purified, and after collected PE,PP scraps and dried it, and this is a standardized productions.
Friction Washing with Hot Solution Unit
After finished above functional Group unit, the quality’s range of total impurities content less 200ppm (2/10000) already. Also, focus on downstream markets’ quality demanding stricter, this unit’s aim to the ultimate purity of the PE, PP scraps. Using of 3 major rinsing effective, which are mechanical, chemical, thermal, achieved total impurities under the range of 100ppm (1/10000)
Drying & Packing Unit
Go through the centrifuge and thermal dryer equipment, the dry degree shall less than 1% before the packing, And packaging equipment included a collector tank, which also can be equipped with a transfer conveyor, and pelletizing line, finally, we can assembly a full auto recycling line to recycle the PP,PE material and make them into clean PP,PE granules.
Solution Circulation & Treatment System
Our formula detergent with following characteristics; power rinse effectiveness, low bubbles, low residue, easy management of wasted water etc. Detergent functioned in a closed circulation system, which equipped self-clean system that maintaining the detergent density in right time and right quantity for keeping the rinse cleanness.
For ensure the effectiveness of rinsing, the clean water used in the washing unit can be re-used, and this function will achieve the water consumption to a most economic condition.
